Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This policy applies to prompts, lyrics, style instructions, generated audio, cover images, metadata, uploads, reports, and any other material submitted to or produced through AI Rap Generator. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, publish, or distribute:

Pornography and NSFW content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or non-consensual intimate content, including sexualized content involving a real person without consent.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation

Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, exploitation, solicitation, or content that facilitates abuse. This category is zero tolerance, including fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated depictions where prohibited by law.

Violence, gore, and dangerous wrongdoing

Graphic gore, celebration or instruction of real-world violence, terrorism or violent extremism, credible threats, targeted harassment, abuse, self-harm encouragement, or instructions that meaningfully facilitate serious wrongdoing.

Hate speech

Content that attacks, dehumanizes, excludes, or promotes violence against a person or group based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Deepfakes, impersonation, and deceptive media

Content intended to mislead people into believing that a real person said, sang, endorsed, or participated in something they did not. You may not imitate a recognizable person's identity, likeness, or voice without authorization, impersonate professionals or officials, or remove required AI disclosures. The Service does not currently provide voice cloning.

Copyright and trademark infringement

Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of copyrighted lyrics, recordings, compositions, characters, brands, logos, or trademarks. Do not request a substantially identical copy of a protected song or use a living artist's name to solicit deceptive imitation. You must have the rights needed for every prompt, lyric, sample, reference, image, or audio file you submit.

Other prohibited activity

  • fraud, phishing, scams, spam, deceptive advertising, or unlawful transactions;
  • malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or attacks on systems;
  • disclosure of private or identifying information without authorization;
  • illegal goods or services;
  • attempts to bypass moderation, rate limits, access controls, or provider safeguards;
  • automated abuse, account sharing for evasion, or repeated resubmission of blocked material; and
  • presenting AI-generated content as verified fact, authentic evidence, or an official communication when it is not.

Content Moderation

Where configured, the Service screens prompts and lyrics before submission to a generation provider. Flagged or denied requests are blocked. We may also review reported outputs, task records, and account history using automated tools and trained human review.

The current Service does not automatically publish generated output to a public gallery. Output review is therefore risk-based and report-driven unless an upstream provider blocks it first. We do not claim that every generated audio file has been automatically reviewed. Users remain responsible for reviewing and lawfully using output.

We may preserve limited moderation and investigation records to enforce this policy, prevent repeat abuse, resolve appeals, and meet legal obligations.

Reporting

Report suspected violations, unauthorized impersonation, copyright or trademark infringement, account abuse, or unsafe output to support@airapgenerator.org. Use the subject line Safety Report and include, where available:

  • the result or task URL/ID;
  • the account or content involved;
  • the policy category;
  • why you believe it violates this policy;
  • evidence that you own or represent the affected rights, if relevant; and
  • a safe way to contact you.

Reports are handled as confidentially as reasonably possible. We may share information when required to investigate, protect users, comply with law, or refer urgent illegal content. Knowingly false, abusive, or retaliatory reports may themselves violate this policy.

Response Priorities

We prioritize credible reports involving CSAM, imminent physical harm, terrorism, or ongoing exploitation. We aim to acknowledge ordinary reports within 2 business days. Urgent reports are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. Complex ownership or identity disputes may require additional information and time.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, context, history, and legal requirements, we may:

  • refuse or stop a generation;
  • restrict access to an output;
  • remove stored content where technically available;
  • warn the user;
  • restrict generation, payment, or account features;
  • suspend or permanently terminate an account;
  • preserve evidence and prevent re-registration or evasion;
  • revoke credits obtained or used through abuse where permitted by law; and
  • report content or account information to providers, rights holders, payment partners, or authorities when legally required or necessary to address serious harm.

Severe categories such as CSAM, credible threats, or deliberate harmful impersonation may result in immediate permanent termination without a prior warning.

Appeals

You may appeal a moderation or enforcement decision by emailing support@airapgenerator.org with the subject Policy Appeal, the decision or task ID, and the reason you believe the decision was incorrect. Where practicable, the appeal is reviewed separately from the initial decision. Appeals do not restore access while a serious safety risk remains.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the Service, models, and legal requirements change. Safety reports, questions, and appeals: support@airapgenerator.org.
